How Will I Get My Fone?

KL, Putrajaya & Selangor : Arrange Lalamove or pickup yourself at our HQ in Cyberjaya.

Other Peninsular Areas : Postage 1 week before the event date from our HQ in Cyberjaya.

How Do I Return The Fone After Event?

KL, Putrajaya & Selangor : Arrange Lalamove or return it yourself to our HQ in Cyberjaya,

Other Peninsular Areas : Return postage to our HQ in Cyberjaya.

How & When Will I Get My Voicemails?

After you return the Fone back to HQ, we will extract all the voicemails and transfer them to our Exclusive Pendrive. We will deliver them by Mail within 7-14 working days after return!   

Security Deposit 

We require a deposit of RM 200 for this package. Should the Fone be in good shape, the security deposit will be transferred back to you within 14 working days after return. Any physical damage such as scratches, stain or dent on the Fone, Signage and Box will result in deduction of the security deposit.
